This will be a safe space for you to discuss your past or current experiences that have led to increased feelings of stress, or triggers. This could include childhood or ongoing trauma. By reflecting on your experiences and verbalizing them, it can allow you to start working towards your healing process.

Do you find yourself overthinking, experiencing racing thoughts, or struggling with fears? You will learn coping techniques to help you better manage your symptoms and work through your fears and worries.
